Professional experience
Graduated in Business Administration at LIUC Università Cattaneo Castellanza, he has achieved a Master in International Taxation at the ‘24 Ore Business School’ and attended an Executive Program in Transfer Pricing at SDA Bocconi.
He is member of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan and enrolled in the Register of Statutory Auditors
He provides fiscal and corporate consultancy, with particular reference to direct taxes, to companies that belongs to national and international groups.
He supports the companies in extraordinary transactions within national and international groups, dealing with every stage of the reorganization.
He gained relevant experience both on accounting and financial statements and on tax issues.
He is member of the Statutory Board and Auditor of different companies. He is member of the International Taxation Commission at the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milano.
