Professional experience
He is founder partner of the Firm, where he is engaged in professional practice as Senior Managing Partner.
Born in 1959, he graduated in Business Administration from ‘Università degli Studi di Torino’ in the Academic Year 1982/83. Chartered Accountant and Auditor since 1984.
In 2022 he was appointed Chairman of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Biella, after having previously held the role of member of the Board of the Association. He was also member of the Commission for the training of auditors of the National Association of Chartered Accountants.
He was member of the Board of Directors of NedCommunity, the Italian association of non-executive and independent directors, from 2013 to 2022 and he is Coordinator of the Reflection Group on the unlisted companies.
He participated to the European working group ecoDa on the review of the Corporate Governance for the unlisted companies.
He participated as speaker to many debates and conferences on Corporate Governance, management control and extraordinary operations.
He provides assistance to companies and family groups in strategic restructuring, negotiation and implementation of ordinary and extraordinary business operations. He collaborates with families in generational changes and reorganization operations. He also deals with Corporate and Risk Governance issues, supporting companies in defining governance structures and processes and implementing adequate Internal Control Systems.
He is member of the Board of Directors and of the Board of Statutory Auditors in several Industrial, Financial and Banking Companies, some of which are listed.
